The app is currently limited to 120 minutes of live transcribing time, but the audio recording limit is technically unlimited. Restricted only by your devices storage, battery life etc
For uploading files to be transcribed through the batch process, it's been tested with audio of 5 or 6 hours, but may be longer or shorter depending on the amount of speech and the complexity.
I'm just one guy running this app, so my fixed costs are low. However, the cost of transcribing and analyzing using the latest AI models is really expensive right now. Every minute of audio processed by the app requires considerable computing power. Compute power that I have to buy from various providers.
BUT the more people that use the app regularly will allow me to purchase processing time in bulk, which will lead to a bigger saving. So I hope that over time with more users I can reduce the cost to you guys considerably.
I can't help with billing issues, like cancelling subscriptions and refunds. You'll need to do that through Google Play or the App Store. But I can help with technical support, bugs, feature requests etc
